1. Our Services

Hen Party Entertainment provides mobile life drawing entertainment for hen parties and private events. Our services include:

• Professional male life drawing models
• All necessary art materials and equipment
• Instruction and guidance throughout the session
• Photo opportunities with the model (at the end of sessions)

2. Booking and Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your event
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit
• We will confirm your booking details via email

3. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

• More than 14 days notice: Full refund of deposit
• 7-14 days notice: 50% of deposit refunded
• Less than 7 days notice: Deposit non-refundable
• Same day/No show: Full payment required

Rescheduling

We understand plans change! We offer free rescheduling with at least 14 days notice, subject to availability.

4. Venue Requirements

To ensure a successful session, please provide:

• A suitable indoor space with adequate lighting
• Seating for all participants
• A private, temperature-appropriate environment
• Access for equipment setup (approximately 15 minutes before)

5. Photography and Social Media

Guests are welcome to take photos during the session and share on social media. We kindly ask that:

• Photos are taken tastefully and with respect
• The model's consent is obtained before posting identifiable images
• Our business is tagged/credited if sharing publicly (appreciated but not required)

6. Conduct and Behaviour

We expect all guests to treat our models with respect and professionalism. Our models reserve the right to end a session early if:

• Guests behave inappropriately or make the model uncomfortable
• Physical contact is attempted without consent
• The environment becomes unsafe or hostile

In such cases, full payment remains due and no refund will be provided.

7. Age Requirement

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. By booking our services, you confirm that all guests attending will be adults.

8. Liability

While we take every care to provide a safe and enjoyable experience:

• We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property
• Participants engage in activities at their own risk
• We carry public liability insurance for our services

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Hen Party Entertainment and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
